Course : Syllabus + Speed writing


Students studying 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th classes require 2 years to complete the course.

Students studying Intermediate / Diploma / Degree / Engineering require 1 year to complete the course.

Students who completed academic education and wish to learn Shorthand on full time basis require 6 months to complete the course. Full Time students will be given opportunity to learn Manual Typing and Computer typing (MS Office) also.

Government Certificate Exams:

1.State Board of Technical Education & Training, Govt. of Telangana

2.State Board of Technical Education & Training, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh

4.State Board of Technical Education & Training, Govt. of Karnataka

Conducts examinations in Shorthand & Typewriting twice in a year i.e., February and August.

Good News for School Students:Students who have passed 7th class and above are eligible to appear for Typewriting Junior Grade Examination.

Age Limit: There is no restriction with regard to the age of the candidate learn Shorthand. However to get job in the Government sector as a stenographer, following is the age limit.

Central Government : 18 to 27 years.

State Government : 18 to 44 years.

Purpose: We train students for enhancing their chances in getting a secured job of Stenographer in Government offices (All Ministries / CBDT / CAG / DEFENSE / Supreme Court / High Courts / District courts / Assembly / Parliament) and many more…..


An Orientation by the Director of the Institute making the students familiar with all the details of the courses and the opportunities they will be able to avail after the completion of the study in this Institute.

Stage 1: All the chapters of Pitman Shorthand Text Book will be explained in depth giving all the LIVE examples.

Stage 2:All the exercises of the Text Book are given dictation to ensure that students become perfect.

Stage 3: Students become comfortable in writing 50 words per minute (wpm) after Stage 2. Then we will introduce new words and phrases with the help of which students will gain speed writing to reach the examination standards.


1.All the Dictations are recorded and sent thru’  WHATSAPP for the benefit of students.

2.Our Founder has invented and added more number of words to the existing Grammalogues and Contractions.

Career Scope: There is high demand of Stenographers in all the fields such as Courts, State and Central Government offices, Govt. of India Undertakings such as BHEL, DRDO, ISRO, GAIL, etc. A Stenographer can find good opportunities in secretarial departments of various Government as well as private offices. The only MANTRA to become a successful Stenographer is PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, & PRACTICE.
